These guided sessions focus on breathing flows that are deeper and faster than normal and activate your sympathetic nervous system. Deeper and faster breathing flows safely and effectively allow you to access your thoughts, feelings and emotions; helping to release tension and past trauma.

During these flows we often tap into altered states of consciousness. We switch our analytical, over-thinking human brain offline and access our emotional mammalian brain. This part of the brain processes and manages emotions, behaviours, motivation and memories. When we do this we can let go of stored negative feelings, emotions and self-limiting beliefs.

Consciously connecting to our breath can also allow us to release trapped or frozen energetic states of stress which have been stored in our tissues. Activating the sympathetic nervous system can complete the stress response from the past and remove lingering effects on our body and mind, allowing profound healing and transformation.
