One Monday each month 6.15pm - 7.15pm
These guided sessions focus on breathing flows that switch on your parasympathetic nervous system, calming your nervous system and putting your body into a resting, healing state.

Release and Awaken
One Sunday each month 9.30-11am
These guided sessions focus on breathing flows that are faster than normal and activate your sympathetic nervous system. Faster breathing flows safely and effectively access your thoughts, feelings and emotions and can release tension and past trauma.
